6 or 12 week Online Cooking Skills Programme
My NEW online Zoom Cooking Skills Programme is designed for any young person wanting to learn how to cook delicious recipes from scratch or wanting to achieve the 3 month skills section for their Bronze/Silver Duke of Edinburgh award. The course will inspire young people to be able to create delicious food, whilst gaining essential life skills and confidence building experiences. Good nutrition, kitchen hygiene, time management and how to shop and cook economically are all at the heart of the experience and of course having fun in the kitchen!!!
The course runs over a 6 or 12-week period with interactive cook along sessions every Thursday on Zoom. All the recipes are provided as well as step-by-step tuition from Steph. Students will see each other online and be encouraged to photograph their dishes, plus fill in the pack provided for evidence.
As a former teacher of Food and Nutrition at Weydon Secondary School, Steph will be able to complete the online assessment report at the end of the course.
Classes are fun, informal and provide students with a fantastic opportunity to try a diverse selection of recipes and cook supper for the family at the same time. A recipe pack will be provided.
